Free Meditation - pacific cancer foundation
ONGOING!! Weekly Meditation Classes are free to cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.
Our intention is to support each cancer patient and their caregivers through their individual journeys lifting body awareness, confidence, and connection to self in the natural and social world around us.

Conscious Dance
ONGOING! every Saturday 10 am!
Relax, release, reenergize!! Come move your body and be gently guided in a 60-minute conscious dance class with the focus on dance as your meditation tool to enable greater authentic presence, freedom and celebration of life. Everyone can dance, no prior experience is needed.

Two offerings:
Level 1 -Introduction to meditation as a tool for self healing. Exploring techniques for accessing, assessing, clear and heal your own energy.
3 Tuesdays in February 4th, 11th, 18th: 9:30-11:30am or 4:30 to 6:30pm. $150 for 3 classes in Paia
Level 2 - for those who have been meditating, offering new techniques to practice energetic hygiene, working with the chakra system, and connecting with universal healing energies.
3 Wednesdays in February 5th, 12th, 19th: 9:30-11:30am or 4:30 to 6:30pm. $150 for 3 classes in Paia
Intuitive Development Class
An invitation to lift the veil and explore our inner world, refining our perception at the service of a clearer connection with our own essential self. This translates into a better access to our own resources, in alignment with our personal "call"or "medicine”.
Exploring principles from Deep Spirit Medicine, and art therapy combined with 15 years of healing modalities, these classes are designed for you to develop your own intuition and to access energy healing though meditation and art.
