Founder

My journey with the healing arts takes me back to my early childhood, where I grew up in Argentina playing music, free dancing, drawing, singing, and doing theatre.

My professional life started as a fashion designer, based on Maui, Hawaii, building my own women’s line- Tamara Catz- with international success over 20 years. Meanwhile, my passion for health and the connection with my own healing power have prompted me to study and train with teachers of Meditation, Intuitive Healing, Deep Spirit Medicine, Shamanism, Reiki, Yoga, Dance, Nutrition and Oriental Medicine in Hawaii, California, Indonesia, Argentina, and Spain.

I have always felt a deep calling to live a life where meaning, creativity and beauty are a constant, and in order to integrate my passions I have completed a Master’s on Expressive Arts Therapy and Human Development at Iatba, Barcelona.

Through meditation, expressive arts and the development of intuition I guide my clients and groups in exploratory inquires, inviting self-reflection while cultivating a dialogue between our body, our inner voice, and art. I encourage and support individuals in taking a path of self-knowledge, with compassion, and determination to embody and live their soul’s calling. My intention is to create spaces to honor our journeys, resonate with our essence from a place of tenderness and self-care and from that place to be able to venture into the infinite mysteries, challenges and opportunities that life offers us with curiosity and courage.

In Barcelona I had the privilege to work at two hospitals with teens, and wrote my thesis titled “Inhabiting my body” based on this life changing experience.

I have always been guided by a strong sense of "knowing," even before I understood what it meant. In 2003, I had my first intuitive session with Deborah Kremins. I was astounded by the insight and healing she provided. My work with her inspired me to take her intuitive healing classes, leading me to my own work as an intuitive healer. I started formal training with Deborah in 2006 and I have completed her year long graduate program of Advanced Energy Medicine twice. Deborah is a graduate of the Academy of Intuition Medicine in Sausalito, studying under the founder, Dr. Francesca McCartney. I have also studied through the Arthur Findlay College, a college of Spiritualism and psychic sciences, in England.

Since 2012, I started working with my own clients. I have been working with the Pacific Cancer Foundation here on Maui since 2015, teaching intuitive healing meditations. My intuitive ability combined with my professional training allows me to see people/relationships/circumstances from a different perspective than the individual may be able to. Not only can I see these things on an energetic level, I have also been trained to use different types of energies to heal. I can help shift/improve and provide insight to my clients that they may not have been able to receive on their own.  Along with being able to shift the energy myself, I can also provide practical tools to help my clients to improve situations and their relationships.
