My Journey My journey with the healing arts takes me back to my roots in Argentina, where I grew up embracing a creative life: playing music, free dancing, drawing, singing, and doing theatre.
I lived in New York City studying theater and fashion. Life then led me to Hawaii where I met the love of my life, became a mother, and was transformed by a profound connection with nature and its magic.
My creative professional career blossomed in the world of fashion, launching my own women's line—Tamara Catz—at the age of 25, achieving worldwide success over 20 years.
Meanwhile, my passion for health and the exploration of my own healing abilities drove me to study and train with teachers of Meditation, Intuitive Healing, Deep Spirit Medicine, Shamanism, Reiki, Yoga, Dance, Nutrition, and Oriental Medicine.
I have always felt a profound calling to live a life where meaning, creativity, and beauty are constants. To integrate these passions, I pursued a Master's degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and Human Development at Iatba, Barcelona. During my time in Barcelona, I had the privilege of working with teenagers at two hospitals, a life-changing experience that led to the creation of my thesis titled "Inhabiting My Body."
Today Through expressive arts therapy, conscious dance, meditation, and the development of intuition, I guide my clients and groups in exploratory inquiries, inviting self-reflection while fostering a dialogue between our bodies, our inner voices, and art. I encourage and support individuals as they embark on a journey of self-discovery with compassion and determination to embody and live their truth.
A journey through breast cancer has deeply impacted the way I show up in my work, and in life in general.
My intention is to create spaces to honor our bodies and personal journeys, resonating with our essence from a place of tenderness and self-care
